Kick off meeting: Saturday 19th March 12-1.30PM

Weekly 90-minute group session, including a coach-led workout and nutrition advice and support: Tuesdays 8-9.30PM (22nd March - 7th June 2022)

Review meeting: Saturday 11th June 12-1.30PM

Follow-up meeting: Saturday 17th September 12-1.30PM
