THE PROGRAMME

  • Kick off meeting: Saturday 19th March 12-1.30PM

  • Weekly 90-minute group session, including a coach-led workout and nutrition advice and support: Tuesdays 8-9.30PM  (22nd March - 7th June 2022)

  • Review meeting: Saturday 11th June 12-1.30PM 

  • Follow-up meeting: Saturday 17th September 12-1.30PM

You'll also have access to:

  • Private Facebook group for online support and advice 

  • Unlimited access to 45-minute group Fitness classes at Oxhouse

  • App for tracking workout progress, daily stretching routine video, and home workout routines
