CrossFit Kids

Fun, inclusive sessions for ages 6–16 that build strength, confidence and a love of movement – whether they’re burning off energy or learning to lift with purpose.

6-10 years

A fun, active class designed to help kids move better, build confidence, and burn off some energy! We focus on safe movement, teamwork, and making fitness feel like play - laying the foundations for a strong, healthy future.

All abilities welcome!

Thursdays 16:00-16:45

Running 5th June - 17th July

11-16 years

Build strength, confidence and resilience in a fun and supportive environment. Our CrossFit-style sessions for 11-16 year olds focus on proper movement, fitness foundations and mindset - helping young people feel stronger, fitter and more capable in everyday life.

No experience needed, just a willingness to give it a go!

Thursdays 16:45-17:30
