Build strength, confidence and resilience in a fun and supportive environment. Our CrossFit-style sessions for 11-16 year olds focus on proper movement, fitness foundations and mindset - helping young people feel stronger, fitter and more capable in everyday life.
No experience needed, just a willingness to give it a go!
