WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN CROSSFIT AND HYROX?

They both follow our strength and conditioning programme, but CrossFit uses barbells, Olympic rings, climbing ropes, and our rig to do bodyweight gymnastics like pulls ups, muscle ups and toes to bar. Hyrox is where you'll find our strongman movements, prowlers and battle ropes. 

DO YOU OFFER FREE TASTERS?

WILL I BE ABLE TO DO IT?

Of course! All our classes are suitable for everyone, no matter how fit you are or what you can do. Everyone has to start somewhere. We adjust our workouts for each individual in our classes to make sure you're getting the most out of your workout. 

WILL I BE TIED INTO A CONTRACT?

No. If you join and decide you want to leave, all we ask is that you give us one month's notice. 

I'VE HEARD CROSSFIT IS DANGEROUS. IS IT?

In our experience, no, although we do admit to the occasional scrape and bruise. All of our coaches have gone through rigorous training and exams to become Level 1 trainers. We limit our class sizes so our members get lots of care and attention and we can make sure you're operating safely and effectively, and we have a strong focus on technique and skill.

IT SEEMS PRICEY, WHY IS IT SO EXPENSIVE?

You get what you pay for. We limit our class sizes so you get a great coach to member ratio. We don't instruct from the front, we coach each and every member in each of our classes. We're not about getting as many people through the door as possible, and we have some serious kit that takes a beating, and our prices reflect that.
