Helpful Information

How does booking work?

You can book single sessions and pay as you go, or buy a block of 6 or 12. The more you buy, the cheaper the per session cost. If you buy a block, you simply book onto the sessions you want to attend. You're not tied into a term, and you won't miss out if you can't make one week so you only pay for the sessions you attend.

All sessions need to be booked. If you've booked and can't make it, unbook at least 1 hour before the class and it gets refunded.

What will kids do in the classes

Our kids classes are built around our strength and conditioning programme, so as well as being fun, children will develop core skills in weightlifting, gymnastics and cardio and improve their endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, co-ordination, accuracy, agility and balance. 

Each class is different, with fun warmups and a range of varied movements. Everything is tailored their age and ability, with an emphasis on fun.
