Oxhouse Kickstart is a 12-week programme designed for people who want a fresh start with their health and fitness — whether you’re a beginner, nervous about joining, or returning to fitness after a break.

 

You’ll get structured coaching, a friendly community, and training that meets you where you are. Every session is scalable, so you’ll always feel supported and confident as you progress.

 

Kickstart is just the beginning — our goal is to make this your new normal.

You don’t need to be fit already, and you won’t be expected to “keep up”. Both options are scaled to your level and coached every step of the way — you’re just choosing your main focus.
