State-of-the-art CrossFit and Hyrox gym with over 500sqm of training space, all arranged in fully kitted out workout bays with all of the equipment you'll need. We have barbells, kettlebells, dumbbells, boxes, skipping ropes, ergs, balls, prowlers and much more, including a 50ft CrossFit rig with pull up bars, squat racks, rings and climbing ropes plus 3 other open gym rigs, and a 25m, five lane Astro track.
We founded our gym to provide a fun and friendly training home for our members, and pride ourselves on having built a fun, welcoming and strong community of coaches and members who support and challenge each other.
We have a pre and post-workout chill out zone with 3 comfy sofas, a fridge, hot drinks station and a fully stocked vending machine. We have a large car park, showers, male and female toilets and lockers.
You'll be more than just a member, you will become part of a community of people who train together and laugh together. Friends made at Oxhouse are friends for life.
HOW DO WE DO IT
We programme our classes to give you real and measurable results. We shift the focus away from body-oriented goals and concentrate on performance goals, so you get the results you want more easily, more healthily, and all whilst having fun.
Our classes are fully coached by our experienced and friendly coaches, limited in size so you get more access to their support, and delivered in individual workout bays fully-equipped with all the kit you need.
From beginner to athlete, our workouts are open to all because they can be scaled to suit your own personal fitness and skill level, and our coaches will guide you to make sure you get the most out of your session. We believe there is always room to learn and improve and that's how we approach our coaching and our own training. With a real community behind you to celebrate your successes and offer some healthy competition, we help you to build new skills and hit new personal bests.

IT'S NOT A WORKOUT IF YOU DON'T SWEAT
Everyone knows that exercise is good for you, but that doesn't mean you'll do it! We know exercising can be boring, but we don't do boring.
We will push you to reach outside your comfort zone so you can take your fitness to the next level. Our workouts are designed to be challenging and they can be as competitive as you want - challenge yourself to master a skill, or compete against a friend to complete the most rounds - training in a fun and healthy way.
We deliver functional and effective training, which means using your body as one unit to improve your overall fitness, strength, and skill. It also means we can write cool stuff into our classes that you won't find elsewhere like Olympic ring work, peg boards, and handstand walks across the gym.
We have two different programmes you can follow: CrossFit and Hyrox and we encourage you to chat to our coaches so we can help you tailor your workouts to help you achieve your goals.
CROSSFIT & CROSSFIT 45
A new daily workout from our structured strength and conditioning programme. Functional movements performed at high intensity, with a focus on weightlifting and gymnastics.
HYROX & HYROX 45
Endurance meets functional fitness in this 60 minute high intensity circuit style class.
Learn and improve your barbell work,including snatch and clean and jerk.Hone your skill and strength in Olympic lifting as well as build your general strength to take your CrossFit to the next level.
Join our coaches and members for a fun Saturday morning CrossFit workout where we partner up in small teams to work through a challenge together and against each other.
Train in your own time to work on your individual skills, strength and conditioning. You can do the classes, work on a particular skill, or follow your own programme. It's free time for you.
