*Open Gym available during manned hours, or 24 hours for Unlimited members. 

COACHES ARE AVAILABLE:

Mon - Fri: 5:30-10.30AM,1:30-2:30PM and 5:30-8PM (7PM on Fridays)

Sat: 8-10AM

Sun: 8:30-9:30AM

During these times, the gym is open and staffed.

Available to 18+ Unlimited, Youth Unlimited, and 60+ members, who've completed their induction.

CROSSFIt

A daily workout from our structured strength and conditioning programme. Functional movements performed at high intensity, with a focus on weightlifting and gymnastics.

HYROX

Endurance meets functional fitness in this 60 minute high intensity circuit style class.

WEIGHTLIFTING

Learn and improve your barbell work, including snatch and clean and jerk. Hone your skill and strength in Olympic lifting as well as building your general strength to take your CrossFit to the next level.

TEAM WOD

Join our coaches and members for a fun Saturday morning CrossFit workout where we partner up in small teams to work through a challenge together and against each other.

OPEN GYM

Train in your own time to work on your individual skills, strength and conditioning. You can do the classes, work on a particular skill, or follow your own programme. It's free time for you.
